SHIPPING

What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship across most locations in India. You can check delivery availability at checkout using your PIN code.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also log into your 7Buy account to check the order status.

Are there shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹777. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges may apply and will be visible during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay). Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select PIN codes

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on most products and serviceable PIN codes. A small additional charge may apply for COD orders.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through trusted payment gateways to ensure your safety and privacy.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse the product categories, add your desired items to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm the order.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our customer support. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email/SMS. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If not found, please contact us at support@7buy.in or call +91-9025521082 with your order details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Refunds for any damaged items will be processed within 7 working days after verification. To complete the verification, customers must provide a valid justification by sending an unboxing video within 70 minutes of receiving the item(s).

How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order ID and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.

Are all products eligible for return?

Perishable food items and opened packages are not eligible for return due to safety reasons. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.
